1. Ms. Bedashruti Bose, learned Counsel appearing for the State has submitted that the victim has been recovered from Dinhata and she shall be shortly sent for medical examination and thereafter to the jurisdictional Magistrate for recording her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. It is further submitted by Ms. Bose that the parents of the victim has been informed.

2. In view of the aforesaid, WPA(H) 2 of 2024 is disposed of by recording recovery of the victim.

3. The report of the Superintendent of Police, Cooch Behar filed in Court is taken on record.
