Affidavit of service filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record.

It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner was provisionally appointed in the Cooch Behar Zilla Regulated Market Committee in the Group 'D' post on contractual basis on compassionate ground by the Secretary, Cooch Behar Zilla Regulated Market Committee and has been discharging his duties for more than two years.

The petitioner has submitted a representation before the concerned authority on 4th January, 2022 praying for regularization of his service and enhancement of salary paid to him.

The petitioner complains that the said representation has not been considered by the authority till date. He

prays for a direction upon the authority to consider the representation at the earliest.

Having considered the submissions made on behalf of the parties and material on record, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 6th respondent to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 4th January, 2022 within one month from the date of communication of this order after giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the private respondents, in accordance with law.

The decision taken by the authority shall be communicated to the petitioner within a week thereof. With the above observations and directions this writ petition being WPA 1052 of 2022 is disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the petition are deemed not to be admitted. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
