-Vs- Sri Sayantan Ghosh Mr. Debabrata Dhar Mr. Prodyot Kumar Ray Ms. Paramita Sahu .....for the petitioners Mr. Srijan Nayak Ms. Rituparna Maitra ...for the contemnor Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the alleged contemnor has considered the representation of the petitioners and passed an order within the stipulated period as per the undertaking given by him on a previous occasion. However, the contents of paragraph no.5 of the order passed by the alleged contemnor on 05.10. 2021 is disputed.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the alleged contemnor submits that the representation of the petitioners have been duly considered by the alleged contemnor. In fact, the petitioners have already gone ahead with the construction work in

question after obtaining appropriate sanction from the concerned authority.

Since the alleged contemnor has already complied with the order passed by this Court, no further action is required to be taken in this contempt application.

Accordingly, the same is disposed of.

Interim order, if any, passed in the application for contempt, stands vacated.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all formalities.
