Heard learned advocates appearing for the parties and considering the report dated 1st September, 2022 filed by the Deputy Inspector General, Jalpaiguri Range, Jalpaiguri, and on perusal of the aforesaid report by one of the highest rank of police authority concerned after holding a detailed enquiry has come to the conclusion that the allegation made by the petitioner was found to be baseless, I am of the view that this writ petition being WPA 1055 of 2022 has no merit and accordingly, the same is dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
