Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail with regard to a complaint under Section 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, the complaint is a result of long-standing boundary dispute between the petitioner and his neighbour.

The State is represented.

On a query from the Court as to whether the petitioner can substantiate the allegation of long-standing dispute, the answer of the learned Advocate for the petitioner is in the negative. In such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

CRM 620 of 2021, is dismissed accordingly.
