1. Mr. Sandip Guha Roy, learned Advocate appears for the petitioner.

2. Mr. Abhishek Sarkar, learned Advocate appears for the respondent nos. 2 and 3.

3. None appears for the respondent no.1 and respondent no.4. WPA 770 of 2026 A.Roy, J.

4. The concerned bank account of the petitioner was freeze by the respondent no.3. The demand was for a sum of Rs.64,000/- and odd.

5. Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, the bank account has been de-freeze but a lien has been created in favour of the bank over and above the said sum of Rs.64,000/- and odd lying in the bank account.

6. In view of the above, the petitioner submits that, the grievance of the petitioner has been satisfied as of now.

7. Accordingly, no further direction is required to be passed in this writ petition and consequently the instant writ petition, WPA 770 of 2026 stands disposed of, without any order as to costs.
