For the State Through this writ petition the petitioner has 04.9.2024 (Item No. 56) (AB) challenged the impugned order passed by the respondent No. 5, annexure P-9 at page 54 to the writ petition which was forwarded to the petitioner through a forwarding letter dated March 18, 2024, annexure P-8 at page 53 to the writ petition. The petitioner is a permanent Group-D employee of the State Government. His remedy lies before the State Administrative Tribunal and not before the Writ Court.

In view of the above, the petitioner shall be at liberty to proceed and initiate appropriate proceeding before the State Administrative Tribunal in accordance with law on the self-same cause of action. It is made clear that, this Court has not gone into the merits of the claim of the writ petitioner and all points taken by the petitioner in the writ petition

shall be kept open to the petitioner to agitate before the Administrative Tribunal.

Accordingly, this writ petition W.P.A. 838 of 2024 stands dismissed, without any order as to costs.
