The writ petition was filed on 1st October, 2019. It has been adjourned on 9th December, 2019, 21st January, 2020, 17th February, 2020 and 25th February, 2020.

Today also the petitioner did not appear at the time of call. I am not at all satisfied with the conduct of the petitioner. It is not only absurd but very difficult to accept that service on the respondents remained incomplete between 1st October, 2019 and 25th February, 2020.

It is apparent that the writ petitioner is not interested in proceeding with the matter.

Let this matter be dismissed for want of prosecution.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There shall be no order as to costs.
