Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, the complaint under Section 498 of the Code of Criminal Procedure was lodged about 20 years of marriage. There are two children out of the wedlock. He seeks anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Learned Advocate for the State submits that, the allegation is of attempt to murder. There are grievous wounds on the body of the complainant. The wounds were caused by sharp weapon. He opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

In the facts of the present case, since there is an injury report of the complainant, which discloses injury of serious nature, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. CRM 615 of 2021, is dismissed accordingly.
