Petitioner approached this Court challenging the FIR arising out of Matigara PS Case No. 992 of 2020. However, Mr. Biswas, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the State has submitted the case diary which reflects that charge sheet has already been submitted on 26.09.2023.

Having considered the change of circumstances, at this stage there is no scope for interfering with the accusations and/or allegations made in the First Information Report, as such the revisional application being CRR 169 of 2025 is dismissed.

Petitioner would be at liberty to approach this Court after the stage of consideration of charges are over.
