Report reflects that charge-sheet has already been submitted before the jurisdictional Special Court and the next date of hearing is fixed on 21.02.2025. Having considered the prayers advanced in the writ petition, I am of the opinion that the prayers which were advanced at this stage are not maintainable in view of the police authorities having arrived at a definite finding in respect of the alleged commission of offences.

Thus, WPA 1080 of 2022 is disposed of.
