1. In paragraph 3 at page 2 of the order dated 08.06.2026 the words 'trial court' be read as 'Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mathabhanga'.

2. In the said order, it appears that this Court had directed the petitioner to surrender within seven days from 08.06.2026.

3. In view of the said correction made by this Court, the period for surrender is extended for a further period of seven days from this date.

4. Rest of the order remains unchanged.

5. Let this order be read along with the order dated 08.06.2026.

6. The order dated 08.06.2026 is modified accordingly. (Shampa Dutt (Paul), J.)
