1. The petitioners herein pray for bail in connection with Ghoksadanga Police Station Case Number 128 of 2026 dated 16.03.2026 under Section 126(2)/74/117(2)/109/3(5).

2. On hearing the Learned Counsel for the petitioners and the Learned Counsel appearing for the State, on perusal of the case diary, it appears that an altercation took place between the parties in this case.

3. Considering the nature of injuries as noted in the medical papers in the case diary and fact that there was a prima

facie free fight between the parties, the petitioners herein are granted anticipatory bail.

4. In the event of arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail upon each of them furnishing a bond of Rs.5,000/- each with two sureties of like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also be subject to further conditions that the petitioners shall cooperate with the investigation and shall not threaten or intimidate witnesses. The petitioners shall meet the I.O. as and when required till submission of report in final form.

5. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities (Shampa Dutt (Paul), J.)
