Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated. The de facto complainant is an adult.

The learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that the victim girl is a minor and in her statement under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, she stated that the petitioner along with another person took the victim girl to Delhi where they committed rape on her. He also submits that the petitioner along with other accused obtained inappropriate photographs of the victim girl.

In view of the nature of allegation as against the petitioner, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

As such, the prayer for bail is rejected.

The application being CRM 614 of 2021 accordingly dismissed.
