1. On hearing the Learned Counsel for the petitioner and the Learned APP, and on perusal of the materials in the case diary, it appears that vide an order dated 25.03.2026 in CRM(A)218 of 2026, a coordinate bench of this Court in respect of a similarly placed accused person, granted anticipatory bail.
2. Vide an order dated 10.04.2026, another coordinate bench in CRM(A) 232 of 2026 has also granted anticipatory bail to another co-accused.
3. Thus, considering the said facts and the materials in the case diary, in respect of the present accused person and also the nature of the injuries are seen from the injury reports, the prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed/granted.
4. Accordingly, in the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.5,000/- each with two sureties of like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also be subject to further conditions that the petitioners shall cooperate with the investigation and shall not threaten or intimidate witnesses. The petitioners shall meet the I.O. as and when required till submission of report in final form.
5. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with requisite formalities (Shampa Dutt (Paul), J.)
