This revisional application was preferred in connection with Siliguri Police Station Case No. 151 of 2022 dated 29.01.2022 under Sections 406/420/120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners have preferred this revisional application on the basis of certain documents which are to be assessed with the progress of the investigation of the proceedings regarding its applicability.

On perusal of the documents enclosed with this revisional application, I am of the opinion that no interference at this stage can be made in respect of the prayer advanced. Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 109 of 2022 is dismissed.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
