It is submitted on behalf of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Election Commission of India that although he had appeared before this Court virtually on two successive dates i.e. on 25.07.2024 and 29.07.2024 his name has not been recorded.

It appears that an inadvertent error had crept into the order in this regard.

Let the name of the leaned advocate, Mr. Anuran Samanta be deemed to have been recorded as having appeared on behalf of the Election Commission of India on 25.07.2024 and 29.07.2024.

The inadvertent errors are hereby corrected and the orders dated 25.07.2024 and 29.07.2024 shall always be read conjointly with this order.
