The petitioner, serving as a teacher, intends to pursue Ph. D. Course. Without the 'No Objection Certificate' (NOC) being issued by the institution where she is currently teaching, she will not be entitled to fill up the application form for admission to the Ph.D. course.

The prayer of the petitioner seeking issuance of NOC is pending consideration before the institution since March 2025.

None represents the School despite service.

Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be kept with the records.

As it appears that the admission in the Ph.D. course is ongoing in the Burdwan and the Bankura University, accordingly, the School is directed to take immediate steps for consideration of
petitioner's prayer for issuance of NOC positively by 2nd May, 2025.

In the event, the School intends not to issue the same in favour of the petitioner, the reason for the same shall be communicated to the petitioner. 7.
The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as possible.
