Case No. 634 of 2012 dated 15.10.2012 under Sections 304/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted by the Counsel for the State that charge sheet has been filed and a warrant of arrest has been issued against the petitioner since he has been absconding.

Having considered the materials on record and after hearing the Counsel for the State and the petitioner, this Court is of the view that this application for anticipatory bail cannot be entertained.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail being CRM 608 of 2021 is, thus, dismissed.
