The petitioner participated in the selection process for engagement of Accredited Social Health Activist (ASHA) karmee, for the district of Alipurduar, in terms of a notification dated 27th June, 2012 for the same. The petitioner says that after the initial scrutiny, the petitioner was called for an interview on 3rd August, 2018. The petitioner appeared in the interview but since then nothing has been communicated to the petitioner either about her selection or rejection.

The petitioner says that so far as the petitioner is aware the results in respect of Malangi Gram Panchayat under Kalchni Block, District- Alipurduar has not been published.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I direct the respondent no.3, being the Sub-Divisional Level Selection Committee and the Sub-Divisional Officer,

Alipurduar, to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 10th January, 2023, which is appearing at page 21 of the writ petition, within a period of two months from date and if necessary, publish the result within three months from date.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.

All parties, including the respondent no.3 shall act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court without insisting upon production of certified copy thereof.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
