The application for anticipatory bail of five petitioners has been preferred in connection with Maynaguri P. S. Case No.

100/2026 dated 04.03.2026 under Sections 126(2)/115(2)/117(2)/118(2)/109(1)/303(2)/351(2)/3(5) of BNS pending before the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate at Jalpaiguri.

On hearing the learned counsel for the petitioners and on perusal of the materials in the case diary, as placed by the learned counsel for the State, which includes the injury report,

this Court, considering the nature of injury noted as grievous, is not inclined to grant the prayer for anticipatory bail. 3.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of five accused persons is rejected.

CRM(A) 312 of 2026 stands disposed of.
