Due to initiation of the criminal case against the petitioner, the petitioner was placed under suspension by a Memo No. 1823/DEV/11-12 dated 14.11.2011. Subsequently, by an order dated 09.01.2017, suspension of the petitioner was revoked and now the petitioner is performing his duties. After revocation of the suspension of the petitioner, the petitioner has made representation to the authority for grant of the arrears which the petitioner is entitled to during suspension period as well as 100 per cent salary.

It is found from the record that the petitioner has made the representation on 15.01.2020 but till date the representation of the petitioner was neither rejected nor considered. In view of the above, the respondent no.6 is directed to consider the representation dated 15.01.2020 being Annexure P-8 of the present writ application and to pass a reasoned and speaking order within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

WPA No. 1047 of 2023 is thus disposed of.
