1. Petitioner contends there is delay in trial. He prays for bail.

2. Leavened lawyer for the State submits bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected by a co-ordinate Bench in February 2024.

3. We have considered the materials on record. Narcotic above commercial quantity was recovered from the petitioner. Trial is in progress. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected by a co-ordinate Bench in February 2024. We do not find any change in circumstance since then.

4. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
