This writ application relates to non-payment of provident fund dues. Time and again the petitioner came before this court to avoid the payment.

It is found from Annexure 'P-16 at page 132 of the writ application that there was an order by the Circuit Bench for payment of money by way of bank guarantee which has not been paid till date and instead of that appeal has been preferred.

Let there be the appeal, but I am not inclined to pass any order in favour of the petitioner and instead of that, I direct the petitioner to clear the entire dues by making payment to the E.P.F. authority. The E.P.F. authority has every liberty to take all steps including penal measures against the petitioner/company as it thinks fit, in case of non-payment.

With the above direction, the writ application is dismissed.
