1. The petitioner herein prays for anticipatory bail in connection with Pundibari Police Station Case No. 95 of 2026 dated 10.02.226 under Sections 85/80/103 of the BNS Act read with Section 3/4 of the D.P. Act, corresponding to G.R. Case No. 201 of 2026, pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate at Jalpaiguri.

2. Considering the nature of offence alleged and the materials on record, this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

3. The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

4. CRM (A) 311 of 2026 is, thus, disposed of.

5. Urgent photostate certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
