It is found from the record that the petitioner has filed the present revisional application challenging the order passed by the learned Debts Recovery Tribunal, Siliguri in IA No. 1644 of 2022, IA No. 15 of 2023 and SA No. 159 of 2022. This Court finds that the revisional application filed by the petitioner is not maintainable. Accordingly, the same is dismissed.
