For petitioner Mr. Hirak Barman Mr. Ankan Mitra... for the State /respondents Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioners submits as follows. The petitioners have sought for a "No Objection"/approval from the respondent No. 1 for the proposed development of a property. This is a statutory requirement and without any "No Objection" or approval from the said authority, the petitioner cannot undertake the development of the said property. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State, in his usual fairness, submits that a direction may be passed upon the concerned respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner.

I have heard the submissions of the learned counsels of the petitioner and the State and perused the writ petition.

In view of the above and in the interest of justice, I direct the respondent No. 1 to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 23rd August, 2019 being annexure P-1 to the writ petition in accordance with law, preferably within a period of weeks from the date of communication of this order.

The writ application is, thus, disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon observance of requisite formalities.
