APP Mr. Kallol Nag For the State Mr. Kunaljit Bhattacharjee Mr. Alok Sah For the de-facto complainant The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in the instance case. We have heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State and the learned counsel for the de-facto complainant.

Considering the nature of the offence and the post-mortem report produced along with CD, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. CRM (A) 242 of 2023 is, thus, disposed of.
