1. We have heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners who pressed for anticipatory bail on behalf of the accused petitioners.

2. The learned Counsel for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

3. On perusal of the entire materials as placed before this Court, it reveals that the present accused petitioners are named in the FIR and it further reveals that materials are there to substantiate that the present petitioners are actively involved in the alleged theft which are valuable articles.

4. Considering the seriousness of the crime and involvement of the petitioners in the commission of the alleged crime, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the present petitioners.

5. The prayer of anticipatory bail is rejected. CRM (A) 361 of 2024 is, accordingly, dismissed.

6. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
