The petitioner seeks direction for consideration of his candidature in the vacant seat in MD (Radiology) course, 2022. The application was filed by the petitioner in May 2022.

Learned advocate representing North Bengal Medical College and Hospital submits, upon instruction that, there is no vacancy in the said medial college in the course of MD (Radiology), 2022.

In view of the above, no relief can be granted to the petitioner in the instant writ petition.

The writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as possible.
