1. We have heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

2. On perusal of the entire materials as placed before this Court, it reveals that the present accused petitioner is the sole accused and is named in the FIR. According to the informant, the present accused petitioner is the assailant.

3. Considering the involvement of the present accused petitioner in the alleged crime, the prayer for anticipatory bail is considered and rejected.

4. CRM (A) 364 of 2024 is, thus, dismissed.

5. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
