Mr. Partha Protim Roy ....... For the Appellant Re: CAN 1 of 2021 We are of the view that no question of law for less any substantial question of law is involved in this intended second appeal.

The first appellate court has come to a positive finding of fact that the gift of the subject immovable property was accepted by the donee by taking possession thereof and recording her name in the record of rights. The alternative case of the appellant for revocation of the deed of gift has also not been accepted, on facts. In those circumstances, we see no reason to admit this appeal.

Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed.

No order as to costs.

The connected application CAN 1 of 2021 is also S.D.

dismissed.
