Ms. Singh, learned advocate for the alleged contemnors submits that the order dated December 15, 2023 passed in WPA 1857 of 2023 has been complied with. She further submits that the balance amount of compensation has been approved but the concerned Collector since has not put the demand through the designated portal, the same could not be deposited. Let the alleged contemnor no.2 share the fact of approval of the compensation amount with the applicants, enabling them to activate the concerned Collector for lodging the claim through the designated portal.

CPAN 24 of 2024 is thus disposed of; there shall be no order as to costs.
