Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today is taken on record.

The petitioner's prayer for transfer on the ground of distance is pending consideration at the end of the Chairman, DPSC, Cooch Behar.

According to the petitioner, the petitioner is a surplus teacher. The application was made in the Utsashree Portal but is yet to be disposed of. 4.

Without going into the merits of the application, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the Chairman, DPS, Cooch Behar to consider the said application in accordance with law, at the earliest, but positively within a period of 90 days from the date of communication of this order. A reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to the petitioners immediately thereafter.

Learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the application along with

all supporting documents in support of the prayer for transfer to the aforesaid respondent at the time of communicating the order of the Court.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
