1. Heard the learned Advocates appearing for both the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is an absconding accused. Proclamation and attachment orders have been issued against him. In view of the aforesaid circumstances and conduct of the petitioner, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him.

3. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
