The matter has been listed on a motion being made regarding an inadvertent typographical error in the order whereby anticipatory bail was allowed. Though, the matter was taken up and allowed on 28.04.2025, the order sheet wrongly records the date of the order as 25.04.2025. The error is confirmed by the office also, upon verification of the listing of the matter on 28.04.2025.

The order, therefore, stands corrected so as to read the date of the order as 28.04.2025 instead of 25.04.2025. 3.
