The Investigating Officer made a contact with the defacto-complainant and the defactocomplainant stated that the dispute among themselves as well as with the in-laws has been amicably settled and she is currently living peacefully with her husband and minor daughter in Assam and she further stated that she does not want to proceed further with the present case.
