The petitioner prays for expeditiously disposal of the title suit.

It appears that the suit for declaration, recovery possession, injunction and other consequential reliefs was filed in the year 2018. 3.

It has been submitted that hearing of the suit is being delayed because of several interlocutory applications filed by the defendant.

Without entering into the merit of the submission made by the petitioner, the civil revisional application is disposed of by requesting the learned trial judge to take steps for disposal of the suit without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

The civil revisional application stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as possible.
