The petitioner prays recording the evidence of the accused and for conclusion of the investigation of the Cooch Behar Women P.S. Case No. 62 of 2025 under Section 8 of the POCSO Act, 2012. 2.

Learned advocate representing the State respondents has filed a report by the Officer-incharge, Sadar Women PS, District-Coochbehar dated 27th April, 2025 wherefrom it appears that the investigation is continuing.

The writ petition stands disposed of by directing the Officer-in-charge to proceed with the investigation in accordance with law and submit report before the competent forum.
