1. Heard.

2. Prayer for anticipatory bail has been opposed by the State.

3. On perusal of the entire materials of the Case Diary, it reveals that there are sufficient incriminating materials as against the present accused petitioner but considering the fact that the investigation has already been completed, custodial interrogation of the present accused petitioner is no more necessary.

4. Under such circumstances, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioner, namely, Anamul Hossain, shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/-, with two registered sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mekhliganj, Coochbehar and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and also with a further condition that the present accused petitioner shall appear before the learned Trial Court within 15 days from today and shall appear before the trial court on each date of substantive hearing subject to the provision of Section 317 of the Cr.P.C.

6. The application for anticipatory bail is, thus, disposed of.
