1. The petitioner seeks interference of this Court in respect of the charge-sheet being N.D.P.S. Case No. 13 of 2023 dated 31st January, 2023 under Sections 21(c)/25/29 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

2. This Court is of the view that in the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner has effective alternative remedy under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

3. The instant writ petition is disposed of without any order.

4. There will be no order as to costs.

5. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
