1. The application for anticipatory bail is canvassed on the ground that the applicant is the brother-in-law of the deceased husband who committed suicide.

2. The allegations in the suicide note point out towards harassment by the in laws of the victim.

3. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

4. Since the principal accused was arrested and enlarged on bail, this Court is of the view that the applicant is entitled to anticipatory bail.

5. In the event of arrest, the applicant undertakes to cooperate in the investigation and visit the Investigating Officer as and when required. He shall furnish two sureties for Rs.5000/- each, one

of whom shall be local. He shall attend the trial on each date fixed by the Trial Court.

6. Any other condition that may be required by the Trial Court against the applicant may be imposed on him accordingly.

7. With the aforesaid observati8ons, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed.
