This matter relates to correction of order. As there is an urgency because the Circuit Bench ends tomorrow, this matter has been listed on an urgent basis by preparing a supplementary list.

In the cause title of the order dated June 10, 2024, the expression "The learned District Magistrate, Jalpaiguri & Ors." be corrected as "The learned District Magistrate, Darjeeling & Ors.".

In the 3rd line of the 1st paragraph of the first page of the said order, "District Magistrate, Jalpaiguri" be corrected as "District Magistrate, Darjeeling". Let the corrections be incorporated by the department and the same be treated as a part of the earlier order. Rest of the order dated June 10, 2024 remains unaltered.
