1. The petitioners pray for anticipatory bail in connection with Tufanganj Police Station Case No. 205 of 2026 dated 19.04.2026 under Sections 126(2)/115(2)/117(2)/118(2)/74/303(2)/351(2)/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, in connection with G.R. Case No. 342 of 2026.
2. On perusal of the case diary as placed by the learned counsel for the State, it appears that out of the incident in the present
case there has been case and counter case with the petitioners herein filing the prior case.
3. Considering the nature of allegation and the materials in the case diary which does not contain any injury report, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners herein.
4. Accordingly, in the event of arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.5,000/- each with two sureties of Rs.2500/- each, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also be subject to further conditions that the petitioners shall cooperate with the investigation and shall not threaten or intimidate witnesses. The petitioners shall meet the I.O. as and when required.
5. The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is allowed.
6. CRM (A) 325 of 2026 is, thus, disposed of.
7. Urgent photostate certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
