1. Learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submit that the petitioner has been arrested and the application has now become infructuous.

2. The offence in the present case relates to Sections 137(3)/140(3)/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. On prayer of the petitioner, the application being infructuous is accordingly disposed of.

4. CRM (A) 328 of 2026 is, thus, disposed of.
