1. The petitioners herein pray for anticipatory bail apprehending arrest in connection with Kotwali Police Station Case 219 of dated 18.03.2026, under Sections 126(2)115(2)/118(1)/109/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, corresponding to G.R. Case No. 412 of 2026.

2. On hearing the learned counsel for the petitioners and on perusal of the materials on record in the case diary including the injury report as placed by the learned counsel for the

State, this Court considering the nature of the injury sustained and the dispute between the parties which prima facie relates to land dispute, grants anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

3. Accordingly, in the event of arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs10,000/- each with two sureties of Rs.5,000/- each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also be subject to further conditions that the petitioners shall not threaten or intimidate witnesses and shall meet the I.O. once in a fortnight until further orders.

4. The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is thus allowed.

5. CRM (A) 327 of 2026 is, thus, disposed of.

6. Urgent photostate certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
