2. Aggrieved by the order dated 6th February, 2025 passed by the adjudicating authority an appeal has been preferred by the petitioner before the appellate authority within the prescribed time period.

3. Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the appeal which has been filed is neither in proper form nor the grounds of appeal are specifically mentioned. The petitioner being a layman filed a simple representation.

4. Learned advocate for the petitioner seeks leave to prefer a formal appeal before the appellate authority.

5. It appears that the appeal filed by the petitioner before the appellate authority in the form of a representation is yet to be considered.

6. It will be open for the petitioner to approach the appellate authority with his prayer to file a formal memorandum of appeal. The appellate authority will

consider the prayer of the petitioner in accordance with law.

7. The writ petition stands disposed of.

8. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
