Mr. Nilay Chakraborty Mr. Sanjiv Das ... for the State Mr. Biswarup Roy, learned Counsel appearing for the applicant submits that there is a typographical mistake in the cause title of the order dated 2nd July, 2024 and he prays for correction of the same. On perusal of the order dated 2nd July, 2024, it is revealed that in the cause title instead of "Sandip Roy" in the instant application, it should be read as "Sadip Roy" The other portion of the order dated 2nd July, 2024 shall remain the same.
