The police case is dated July 20, 2019.

There is Warrant of Arrest issued as against the petitioner.

There is disciplinary proceeding pending as against the petitioner.

In view of the long absconsion of the petitioner and in view of the fact that there is hardly any material change in circumstances subsequent to earlier order of rejection and in

view of the materials in the case diary, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

CRM (A) 255 of 2023 is rejected.
