1. The petitioner/wife of the deceased in the present case prays for anticipatory bail apprehending arrest in connection with Ghoksadanga P.S. Case No. 102 of 2026 dated 04.03.2026, under Sections 108/3(5) of BNS corresponding to G.R. Case No. 349 of 2026.

2. Admittedly, the parties were married about a year back and have a child of about 2 to 3 months. The allegation against the petitioner is that there was constant mental and physical

torture inflicted upon the victim/husband who committed suicide by consuming some unknown poison.

3. It appears from the case diary that the death occurred in the victim's house. Though, prima facie certain averments are in the case diary regarding the said matrimonial dispute between the parties, considering the materials on record and also the age of the child of the petitioner, this Court grants anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, in the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs10,000/- with two sureties of Rs.5,000/- each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also be subject to further conditions that the petitioners shall cooperate with the investigation and shall not threaten or intimidate witnesses. The petitioner shall meet the I.O. as and when required.

5. The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is allowed.

6. CRM (A) 326 of 2026 is, thus, disposed of.

7. Urgent photostate certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
